Winter

Our Winter Menu 2025 proudly showcases our wonderful local produce whilst bringing a little festive spirit along the way. 

The inspiration for this menu was to utilise festive favourite ingredients that we could source from right here in North Norfolk and to create new and stunning seasonal dishes that didn't necessarily rely on the traditional form. 

Succulent Norfolk Bronze Turkey Schnitzel with Roast Potato & Apple Salad, Locally grown Brussels sprouts harvested at their sweetest in the colder months dressed with White Truffle and served with Celeriac Puree, Pickled Shallots and a Norfolk Dapple Tuile. We also have H V Graves Smoked Ham Hock with Bubble & Squeak & Piccalilli, Chestnut Loaf with Sourdough Bread Sauce and a stunning open sandwich of Staithe Hot Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese, Brussels Sprout Slaw & Clementine
